Community impact: Urban Land Institute (ULI) Site Tour June 2021

On 8th June 2021 the Heritage Lanes project team hosted a group of over 25 property professionals from Urban Land Institute for a behind the scenes construction tour of Heritage Lanes.

The tour featured insights into how the project has been designed and built, particularly from a design for material assembly (DFMA) perspective.

Tours such as this one with ULI aim to enhance the communities understanding of 80 Ann Street, while also educating the next generation of property and construction.
